Event Cancellation and Refund:

The organizer shall have the absolute rights to cancel an event with the following grounds:

1. Fortuitous events such as but not limited to extreme weather conditions (ie.. typhoons, earth quakes and forms of dangerous in form born by nature) civil unrest and other uncontrollable events.
2. The minimum set of participants has not been met resulting to a higher event cost per partipants. However, in the event that the group of participants less than the minimum number agrees to shoulder the cost, the participants shall have the limited right to decline the event cancellation. Provided however, that both the organizer and participant comes to a mutual agreement.
3. Participants having paid the prescribe reservation amount has the absolute right to a full refund on cases that the orginizer has cancelled an event. Provided however, that any charges born from the refund such as but not limited to transmital charges and/or bank charges will be solely be paid or deducted to the amount being claimed by the participant. Furthermore, the participant has an option not refund the reservation amount for the purpose of reserving on future events. Cancellation one week before the scheduled climb forfeits 100% of the paid amount.
