*This is a major hike with a difficulty rating of 5/9, please be responsible enough to gauge if you're fit enough to hike. We suggest doing a minor climb prior to this one. We will also be requesting a medical certificate from a medical doctor as this will be a 10 hour trek.

9:30 AM - Start Descent going to Nagsasa
12:00 NN - Lunch at Nagsasa, Swimming and everything
03:30 PM - ETD from Nagsasa
05:30 PM - ETA at Pundaquit / Wash off
06:30 PM - ETD to Manila
07:30 PM - Dinner
08:30 PM - ETD from Subic
11:00 PM - ETA Meetup point

• 2-3L of water (There are 4 water sources along the trail)
• Trail foods (Jellies, Chocolates, Nuts, etc.)

• Toiletries
• First-aid/Medicine Kit
• Garbage Bag (We practice LNT: LEAVE NO TRACE)
• Poncho/Raincoat (in case it rains)
• Trekking pole
• A great attitude

NOTE:

The ITINERARY is just a basis and not absolute or will not be 100% perfect due to many factors such as the weather condition, participants pacing, traffic etc. but we wiol do as much as possible to impose to everyone to follow the itenerary.

The Organizer has the right to change or adjust the itinerary with prior notice to guest/participants.
