Terms and Conditions:
♥A downpayment of P500 per head is needed to secure your slot and the remaining balance shall be paid on or before the event date and the downpayment will be deducted on the actual cost of the tour package.
♥TravelBuddies.PH may cancel the tour due to weather condition or other safety precaution reasons. The downpayment made is refundable in this case.
♥Itineray may also change due to weather condition but will make sure all included tourist spots will be visited unless it is under construction or for safety precaution reasons.
♥Downpayment is non-refundable but transferable or can be use in other events of TravelBuddies.PH as dp in case of "emergency" or acceptable cancellation 3 days before the event.
♥Reservation of slots is on a first come first serve basis.
♥The downpayment of the guest who back-out at least 3days before the event is considered SOLD and NON-REFUNDABLE. And if the guest is under EXCLUSIVE TOUR, the group still need to pay for the SLOT reserved for the back-out guest.
