We require Commitment Fee for your slot reservation.
First to deposit and register will be prioritized.
Slot confirmation is upon payment of the required Commitment fee.
Other half shall be made 3 days before the event date.
The Commitment Fee is required for reservation and payment of such like transportation, it is NON-REFUNDABLE but TRANSFERABLE to new PROXY/PARTICIPANTS
Last minute backout, (5 Days before the event, if already paid) is consider as sold.
The Organizer has the right to cancel the event if the circumtances calls for it.
