Reminders:
Slot Confirmation is "First Come First Serve" Basis only. Once you had settle your Downpayment it is considered as "Sold". It is "Non Refundable" or "Rebookable", but, it may be use to a new participant. NO DP NO SLOTS POLICY. This had been made to secure your slots and the budget and event expenses.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel more than one week before your scheduled trip departure, a fee of P500.00 service fee. And an ample amount will be charged for each participant for the budget imbalance that will be cause by the said cancellation.
If you cancel within one week of your schedule trip departure, full fees will be provided by the participants.
No shows are responsible for 100% of trip fees.
This will be made to secure the event budget and expenses.
