10:00PM Departure to Denis Molintas Memorial Hospital, Daclan, Bokod, Benguet
Day 1 Nov 1, 2019 Friday
06:30AM Arrival at DMMC. Breakfast.
08:00AM Secure medical certificate.
09:00AM Proceed to DENR
09:10AM Arrival at DENR. Register. Attend orientation and discussion.
10:10AM Departure to Akiki Ranger Station
11:10AM Arrival at Akiki Ranger Station. Register. Secure guide and porter. Unfortunately, no available Porter at that time. We proceed with only one guide.
12:00PM Start trek Mt. Pulag via Akiki trail
01:30PM Arrival at Eddet River. Lunch.
02:00PM Resume trek to Marlboro
04:45PM Arrival at Marlboro
05:00PM set camp cook dinner
07:00PM Light off
Day 2 Nov 2, 2019 Saturday

02:30AM Proceed to summit
06:00AM Mt. Pulag summit. Sunrise viewing. Photo ops.

11:30AM Eta babadak lubch wash up

03:00PM Arrival at DENR. Log out. Claim certificates.
03:10PM Meet kuya Santi (guide for Tabayoc)
04:00PM Arrival at Ballay Ranger Station. Register
05:30PM Set camp near Lake Tabeyo. Dinner and Breakfast (for tomorrow) preparation.
07:30PM Dinner proper. Socials

Day 3 Nov 3, 2019 Sunday
02:00AM Wake up call
03:10AM Start trek Mt. Tabayoc
05:40AM Mt. Tabayoc summit. Proceed to view deck. Sunrise viewing. Photo ops.
06:40AM Start descend.
08:00AM Back at camp site. Breakfast part
09:00AM wash up
10:00AM off to Bugias
01:00PM bugias Take lunch
03:00PM Timbak Start trek
03:30PM summit photo ops
04:00PM descent departure to Baguio
07:00PM baguio take Dinner
08:00PM off to Manila

NOTES TO REMEMBER
1. Please make sure that your body is conditioned well. You can start jogging so your heart and lungs would be ready.
2. DON'T FORGET TO WATERPROOF YOUR THINGS!

1. Following the LNT (Leave no trace) principle
- Every participant is REQUIRED to bring their own garbage bag.
- Wala po tayong iiwang kalat (kung anong inakyat, yun din ang ibababa) mula sa malaking kalat hanggang sa pinakamaliit na candy wrapper or upos ng sigarilyo.
-BYOW (Bring your own water)
- May water sources naman kaya baunin lang yung kaya.
3. Grouping on trail.
- Buddy system.
- Make sure na may kasama kayo throughout the trail.
*Wag pong mag-cocommit hanggang di po kayo sure..
