《POLICY》
1. Only those who are partially paid are considered Reserved.
2. Downpayments are REFUNDABLE if cancellation is done before 7 days prior to the Event. Refunds will be sent via Bank Deposit. Remittance Fee will be charged to the refunding participants who opt to receive their refunds via remittance centers.
3. Downpayments are transferable.
4. Van seating arrangement is on a first come, first serve basis.
5. In an event of default or "no show" on the day of event, downpayment and/or full payment are non-refundable and shall be forfeited. Participants are still liable to settle the balance or full amount of the event fee.
6. Awra Adventures along with its organizers and coordinators reserves the RIGHT TO RESCHEDULE ANY EVENT without prior notice; should the minimum number of participants is not reached; due to bad weather condition.
7. Awra Adventures are very COMMITTED to follow the Itinerary and all the arranged places to visit but all are not absolute and are subject to change any time due to circumstances beyond our control. (e.g., weather, traffic, emergencies)
