- Deposit 1,000php/pax to deducted to the event fee, balance to be settle on the event day.�

- FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS POLICY

- Incase of BACKOUT, downpayment is Non refundable but transferable to another person (not yet listed on our paxlist), not to another schedule. If no replacement, he/she must pay the remaining balance if backed out less than a week before the trip date.

- The payments made are only refundable if we cancel due to weather issues of fortuitous events

- The organizer has the right to reschedule or cancel the event if the pax count didn't reach. (atleast 10 pax to push the trip)

- We are also accepting private reservation with a minimum pax of 10. Adjusted fees shall apply
