Arrival Note: Climb Proper will commence on Dec. 06. We advise you to be atleast 1 day early at Davao City so you can have enough sleep prior to the climb. Book your flights on or before Dec 05.

Return Note: You can also tour Davao City Proper or Samal Island if you got some extra days before your return flight. We advise you to book your stay at Hotel Uno. Its cheap and only a ride from the Airport and near all the city attractions in Davao City. If you got some days to spare and you are eager for some extra adventures, book your return flight on or after Dec 10.

《POLICY》
1. Only those who are partially paid are considered Reserved.
2. Downpayments are REFUNDABLE if cancellation is done before 15 days prior to the Event. Refunds will be sent via Bank Deposit. Remittance Fee will be charged to the refunding participants who opt to receive their refunds via remittance centers.
3. Downpayments are transferable.
4. In an event of default or "no show" on the day of event, downpayment and/or full payment are non-refundable and shall be forfeited. Participants are still liable to settle the balance or full amount of the event fee.
5. Awra Adventures along with its organizers and coordinators reserves the RIGHT TO RESCHEDULE ANY EVENT without prior notice; should the minimum number of participants is not reached; due to bad weather condition.
6. Awra Adventures are very COMMITTED to follow the Itinerary and all the arranged places to visit but all are not absolute and are subject to change any time due to circumstances beyond our control. (e.g., weather, traffic, emergencies)
