10:00pm: ETD to Sitio Cawag

Day 1: (SUNDAY)
01:00am: Arrival @Cawag Police Station/Secure Permit/Breakfast
01:30am: ETD going Jop
02:00am: ETA Sitio Cawag/Final Prep
02:30am: Start Trek
06:00am: Summit/Photo ops/Sunrise
06:30am: Start descend going Nagsasa
10:00pm: ETD to nagsasa/ lunch/ swim/ photo ops/ rest
03:00pm: Back to Pundaquit via boat
04:00pm: Pundaquit/ wash up
05:00pm: ETD going Manila
09:00pm: back to Manila

Things to bring:
2-3L of water (2 sets)
Lots of trail foods
Packed lunch
Trek gear
Flashlight/ headlight
Swimming gear
Extra clothes
Extra shoes/slippers
Garbage bag (LNT)
Raincoat/Poncho (in case of rain)
