TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I. BOOKING AND RESERVATION
a. Rate is per person basis
b. All slots are on a first-come, first - served basis.
c. Registered participants will be required to pay a reservation fee.
d. Failure to comply with the payment procedure would mean cancellation of the reservation.
e. Confirmed reservations are non-refundable but it can be considered transferable.
f. Organizer, has the right to cancel any tour that does not reach the required minimum number of participant.

II. RESCHEDULING/CANCELATION OF TRIP
a. All trip/ tour details and itinerary may be altered, reschedule or cancel due to hazardous condition. Uncontrollable circumtances or any fortuitous event which may arise. We always put your safety first.
b. Please be at the pickup point on or before the designated time.
c. A 30 mins grace period will be given to the particilant.
d. Feea will be forfeited if the participant/s will not be able to join the trip on the schedule date due to personal reason.
