All slots are on a first-come, first-served basis (14 slots only).
Registered participants will be required to pay a reservation fee of PHP 500.00 to secure their slot. Upon payment, kindly send a photo of your deposit/transaction slip via email ([email protected]). Don’t forget to write your name on the slip or remarks.
The reservation fee is strictly non-refundable and cannot be used for other upcoming events, but transferable to a new participant. It should be advised at least 5 days before the event.
The remaining balance will be collected on the day of the event (meet up).
Failure to comply with the payment procedure would mean cancellation of the reservation.
The event and itinerary may be altered, rescheduled, or canceled due to hazardous conditions, uncontrollable circumstances, or any fortuitous event which may arise. We always put your safety first.
The organizer has the right to cancel the event if the minimum number of participants did not meet. (10 pax below cancel the event) Reservation fees can be fully refunded unless the event will be rescheduled.

REMINDERS:
Pack light and right.
Bring foods that will give you energy and also light to carry inside your bag.
There is no water source along the trail. Make sure to bring enough water for yourself.
Stores are available in the jump-off.
Waterproof your bag and gears. The weather in Mt. Batulao is very unpredictable.
Itinerary may change depending on the situation like weather, traffic, and pacing of the participants.

Take nothing but pictures. Leave nothing but footprints. Kill nothing but time. Keep nothing but memories.
