REMiNDERS:

• Reservation fee or downpayment of Php1500 is needed to secure your slot. It is non-refundable but transferrable to a new participant. Balance will be collected at the assembly. Deadline is on MARCH15

• Upon payment, please send a copy of the deposit slip with your name and contact no. at the bottom part of the slip.

• The organizer has the right to CANCEL the event if MINIMUM number of participants are not met (12pax). Reservation fees will be fully refunded if the event is cancelled not unless rescheduled.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We impose strict compliance for back out participants. Once reserved and you have given confirmation to us, the slot is considered SOLD under your name. Learn to value respect and your own words.
1 week before the event date, 50% cancellation fee on the above rate shall be charged.
100% cancellation fee on the above rate shall be charged if cancellation is made 3 days before the event.
