1. Certificate of Major Climb / Basic Mountaineering Course
2. Medical Certificate (Fit to Climb)
3. Valid ID (To be deposited at the Tourism Office before the climb and shall be claimed back after the climb, together with the Certificate of Climb issued by the Local Tourism Office of Baco)
4. Itinerary of Travel (We advice that you include the processing of your permit in your itinerary---approx. takes 2 hours)
5. Waiver
6. List of group members
