Mount Hamiguitan is a mountain located in the province of Davao Oriental, Philippines. It has a height of 1,620 meters. The mountain and its vicinity has one of the most diverse wildlife populations in the country. Among the wildlife found in the area are Philippine eagles and several species of Nepenthes

BOOKING OF TREKKERS
A.No “Walk-in Trekkers”
B.Booking shall be made online at least 10 days prior to the scheduled
climb. Trekkers must accomplish the Trekking Application Form and
submit it along with other supporting documents to the PASO
electronically (scan/image copy). Original copies must be submitted
upon arrival at the jump off site.
C. Full payment of entrance fees shall be imposed upon booking;
D. In case of booking cancellation, only 50% of the paid entrance fee
shall be refunded to the trekkers;
E. Re-scheduling of booking shall be charged by 20% of the entrance
fee;
F. Climb permits shall be issued at the PAMB/PASO Headquarter duly
approved by the PASu and concerned LGU/s;
G. Trekkers shall be verified by the LGU authorities at the jump off and
exit area prior and after the climb;
H. Booking of optional transportation from PAMB/PASO Headquarter to jump off site and from exit site shall be coordinated with LGU
CAMP FIRE PREVENTION
A.Cooking shall only be done at designated areas using portable
burners. Use of firewood is strictly prohibited.
B. Camp fires are strictly prohibited in all camp sites of Mt. Hamiguitan;
C. No fireworks allowed;
D. All trails and campsites may be closed during dry season and absence
of rain for at least two months. Fire and open flame cook stoves may
be banned for temporary periods during these periods.
SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT
A.Trekkers, porters and tour guides shall be responsible to bring down
all solid wastes generated during the trek;
B. Micro-rubbish and food leftovers should be held in plastic containers
to be brought back at respective exit sites;
C. All trekking groups must have at least one digging tool, preferably a trowel, for use in the proper burying of human excreta in designated
areas while trekking and/or camping; and
D. Fines and penalties apply for littering pursuant to RA 9003 otherwise
known as Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000
OTHER CAMPSITE AND TRAIL PROHIBITIONS:
A. Using of detergents, dishwashing liquids, shampoos and bath
soaps in water sources;
B. Expansion of camping sites;
C. Makeshift constructions and other structures unless given special
permits;
D. Cutting of branches/ saplings for staking;
E. Feeding of wildlife;
F. Disturbing the nesting and breeding areas of wildlife;
G. Use of construction materials sourced inside the protected area;
H. Vandalism;
I. Non-observance of cleanliness and orderliness;
J. Collecting/ destroying flora and fauna;
K. Bioprospecting;
L. Collecting of remnants of previous forest fires, i.e., fallen trunks
of old trees;
M. Loud noise and speakers;
N. Unnecessary noise after 10:00 PM;
O. Bringing of knives/bolos with blade more than 3 inches.
P. Indecent practices (e.g. nudity) in trails and campsites
Q. Dumping/ littering of wastes;
R. Creating trouble;
R. Alteration and destruction of signage and markers;
T. Climbing without permit;
U. Porters and guides without accreditation;
V. Illegal drugs; and
W. Alcohol intoxication causing unruly behavior

--This is organize Climb supposing the event could not reach the ------total participants , The host will be the one to cancel the Climb.
--Down payment is not refundable but transferable

--1 week before the event all confirm participants will be able to pay
automatically if he/she decline the Climb
--May 23, 19 will be the schedule for down payment and it will pay automatically to San Isidro PAMB for our Reservation.
