●Downpayment is non-refundable but transferable to a proxy.
●Last minute back out is considered as sold. If cancellation was made atleast 2weeks before the event, if not, it'll be forfeited.
●The organizer has the right to cancel the event unforseen weather conditions. The organizer has the right to resched or adjust the itinerary with prior notice to all participants.
●Bank details will be forwarded once the participants confirm on the event.
●First come first served basis, First pay DP will be prioritized.
●Send the copy of transaction receipt once the payment had been made.

If you committed to join this event dont back out, I consider group size in planning transportation food and other expenses, and the computation of budget among many others consideration, back out specially just a few days before the event is not good you should try to avoid it.
