✍Reservation is on FIRST COME-FIRST SERVE BASIS, and the early payment will be appreciated.

✍The organizer/s has the right to CANCEL the event if the required number of (13)participants is not achieved.

✍Reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE but transferable to another person not listed on the list on the same event.

✍In case the event will be rescheduled, the fee will be refunded IF the participant is not available on the rescheduled date.

✍Last minute back out participants (3 days before departure) shall be charged the full event fee because it will consider as SOLD.
