MODE OF RESERVATION / PAYMENT:

1. For joined tour rates, it is required down payment of Php 500 / pax upon confirmation of the package and must be done ten (10) days before the event day. This had been made to secure your slot / s and the event expenses.
2. The down payment is deductible to event fee.

5. The remaining balance will be collect during general meet up.
6. Confirmed bookings are strictly non-refundable or re-bookable.
7. Schedules for private climb / tour are flexible. Required 80% down payment upon confirmation of the package and must be done fifteen (15) days before the event day. This had been made to secure your slot / s and the event expenses.
8. Reminder that the joined tour rates are on first come first serve basis.
9. NO DOWNPAYMENT. NO SLOTS POLICY.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• A cancellation fee of 500 Php / head shall be charged if cancellation is made 5 days before the climb day.
• Cancellation fees are deductible to down payment.
• The payments made to us are only refundable if we cancel due to weather issue or fortuitous events.
