Terms and Conditions:

1. This is open to all joiners on a “First Come, First Serve” basis – To secure your slot, kindly deposit an initial amount of 500 pesos to be deducted in the event fee and the remaining balance will be collected on the event day. See payment options below.
2. Notify us before sending deposit so we can monitor and we would not exceed the headcount. Send proof of payment via chat/ personal message in facebook (deposit slip/ screenshot of receipt).
3. Down-payment is non-refundable but transferrable to other events. If you wish to cancel your slot, please notify us at least 3 days prior to the event date. Non-notification is considered sold.
4. Event fee may vary if the minimum number of participants is not met.
5. The organizer may cancel/ postpone the event due to unfavorable weather conditions or if the minimum number of participants is not met. The participants will be advised accordingly for the re-scheduled date.
