NOTE:
The itinerary is just a basis and not absolute or will not be 100% perfect due to many factors such as weather conditions, participants pacing, etc. But we will do as much as posible to impose to everyone to follow the itinerary. The organizer has the right to change or adjust the itinerary with prior notice to the guests/participants.

✔in-case of event re-scheduling, the fee will be refunded just in case the guests/participant is not available on the re-sched date.
✔Last minute back out dancers(3 days before departure shall be charge the full event fee because it is considered SOLD).
