✔ Flaslight or Headlamp (required, early morning trek involved)
✔ 2 - 3 Liter water (required)
✔ Trail food (jelly ace, chocolates, etc.)
✔ Packed breakfast for Day 2;
✔ Rain poncho (disposable)
✔ Food for 2 days
✔ Cookset, stove and mess kit
✔ Cold weather protection (Down Jacket, Fleece, wool, etc)
✔ Change of clothes and flipflops
✔ Sun protection (hat, arm sleeves, umbrella)
✔ Personal medications

Please send a picture/photocopy of the deposit slip (via PM) once you have made the deposit in order to confirm that you have made the deposit.
Down payment must be settled two week before the climb.
Run, exercise, cardio training is required if you feel very exhausted after a short walk or climb in a flight of stairs; especially for first time climbers.
