MODE OF RESERVATION / PAYMENT:

1. For joined tour rates, it is required down payment of Php 1300 / pax upon confirmation of the package and must be done ten (10) days before the event day. This had been made to secure your slot / s and the event expenses.
2. The down payment is deductible to event fee.

4. Please send us a copy of deposit slip as proof of payment through FB account / page for our copy and acknowledgement.
5. The remaining balance will be collect during general meet up.
6. Confirmed bookings are strictly non-refundable or re-bookable.
7. Schedules for private climb / tour are flexible. Required 80% down payment upon confirmation of the package and must be done fifteen (15) days before the event day. This had been made to secure your slot / s and the event expenses.
8. Reminder that the joined tour rates are on first come first serve basis.
9. NO DOWNPAYMENT. NO SLOTS POLICY.
10. Official Receipt will be issued
    after 100% payment made.

    CANCELLATION POLICY:
    • A cancellation fee of 800 Php / head shall be charged if cancellation is made 10 days before the climb day.
    • A cancellation fee of 1300 Php / head shall be charged if cancellation is made 5 days before the climb day.
    • All cancellation fees are deductible to down payment. No extra charges.
    • The payments made to us are only refundable if we cancel due to weather issue or fortuitous events.
