• Prepare Clothes good enough for the whole climb
• Sleeping Bag/Warm Blancket
• Jacket (2 kinds of Jacket. A fleece/Cotton Jacket for the cold and water resistant) extra jacket when you move around the camp
• Poncho or Rain Coat, Rain Jacket
• Cold Protection (winter gloves, bonnet etc…)
• Sun Protection (sunblock, cap etc…)
• Water or rehydration fluids(prescribed is 5L) or Gatorade (Optional)
• Personal Medicines
• Malong
• Extra clothes (1 set for climbing, 1 set for sleeping, 1 set for returning home)
• Extra socks
• Slippers/Sandals
• Toiletries (Wet Wipes)
• Trail Food (Mixed nuts, Jelly, Chocolate, etc.)
