HISTORY:
Mt. Sawi | The Suicide Mountain?

"The story goes like this: A beautiful Dumagat girl found a weak and wounded guy along the mountain where she lives. Out of being kindhearted she helped the guy, feed him, healed his wounds and took care of him until he regain his health back. Along the way the Dumagat girl fell in love with her patient. The guy seems to feel the same way. Later on when the guy was able to walk in his two feet again, he told the Dumagat girl he needs to go back to his home town to tell his parents he’s alive, promising that he’ll be back for her.

Months passed and no guy came back. Distressed and hurt, the Dumagat girl went down from the mountain, searched the guy and found out that he is about to get married.

Feeling betrayed and heartbroken ( come on! who wouldn’t be?! right?) the Dumagat girl went back to the mountains, found a the huge Balete Tree and hanged herself". The end.

Day 0:
10:00pm - Meet up at Mcdo Centris
10:30pm - ETD to Nueva Ecija

Day 1:
2:00am - ETA at Cabanatuan City
3:30am - ETA at Gabaldon
3:45am - Secure guide
4:00am - Start trek!
6:00am - ETA Summit. Breakfast snack!
6:45am - Start Descent
8:15am - ETA Jump-off point. Log out.
8:30am - ETD to Dingalan
11:00am - Arrival at Dingalan Port. Secure boat.
11:30am - ETA at White Beach / Lunch
1:00pm - Trek to Dingalan View Deck / Light House
3:30pm - Start Descent back to White Beach / Swim
5:00pm - Boat ride back to Dingalan Port.
5:30pm - ETA Dingalan Port. Wash-Up.
7:00pm - ETD Back to Manila
11:59pm - ETA Manila

Downpayment of P500 is required. Reservation is until February 11, 2020. You can deposit it thru my BPI account.

Fees are non-refundable but transferable. The remaining balance will be collected on the meeting place. The organizer has the right to cancel the event in case of bad weather or any other important reason.

ORGANIZERS have the RIGHTS to cancel the event in case, if the number of pax was not met or the weather is bad and not ideal for a hike. If the event was cancelled all the reservation deposits will be REFUNDED or look for another date for the event.

Our ITINERARY can be CHANGE or DELAYED due to few reasons; late comers, the CAPABILITY of the joiner to hike fast, unexpected emergencies, the number of rest the team will have and the long photo ops.
