▶First Pay, First Serve Basis
▶Required P500.00 downpayment for slot reservation w/c will be deducted from the total event fee.
▶Don't forget to send a copy of your transaction slip once payment is done.
▶Remaining balance will be collected on the day of the scheduled trip.
▶Only those w/ confirmed downpayments will be officially listed to avoid No Show or Backout participants.
▶5 days or last minute back out is CONSIDERED AS SOLD and must pay for the full event fee.
▶Downpayment is non-refundable but transferable to non joiner of the event.
▶Organizers have the right to cancel/reschedule the event due to unnecessary circumstances, for instance bad weather, emergency, etc.
