10:00pm ETD going to Sta Cruz or IBA, Zambales

Day 1 Feb 9, 2019

3:00am ETA Brgy Palauig, Iba, Zambales.
3:30am Jump-off point; Register at welcome center, Quick Snack/Breakfast to Power-up
4:00 am Start Trek
6:00am First water source (not potable), Snack/Break
12:00 nn Second water source, Lunch (Packed lunch)
4:30 pm ETA ‘Bunker’, Set up Camp
7:00 pm Dinner, Socials
9:00 pm Lights Out

Day 2 Feb 10, 2019

5:00 am Start Trek to Summit
6:00 am ETA Summit
6:30 pm Back to Campsite
7:30 pm Breakfast,Break camp
8:30 pm Start Descent
12:00 nn ETA Second water source, Lunch
2:00 pm ETA First water source
5:00 pm Back at Jump-off Point
11:00 pm ETA Manila

Important Note:

This is a Major climb with a difficulty of 6/9 and possible up to 10 to 12 hours (maximum of 14 hrs) of hike.Every person/group need to bring their own food, water/Gatorade and trail food sufficient enough for the duration of the climb.

Expect a muddy and wet hike since it is rainy season (Bring Poncho or Rain Gear). Be cautious of loose rocks. Secure your belonging with plastic bags to prevent from getting wet.
Bring Jacket, gloves, Bonnet, extra blanket /thermal blanket since the temperature can get up to 6 deg. Celsius at night.
Bring your medication if you have allergy or asthma or other ailments.
Observe BMC… Please put all candy wrapper/chocolate wrapper/cigarette butt in your packet during Trek… LEAVE NO TRACE!
