SOME POLICIES TO TAKE NOTE OF:
First to deposit the required downpayment will be prioritized and given a slot. No downpayment, no reservation of slot.
Remaining balance shall be settled upon meetup
In the event of BACKOUT (regardless of the validity of the reason), reservation fee is non-refundable but transferrable to another person NOT in the pax list already, and cancellation must be done not less than 7 days from the date of event
If cancellation of joiner is done within 7 days prior to the date of climb, the slot is considered to be taken and pax need to pay 100% of the event fee
