?NOTE:
Reservation is on FIRST COME-FIRST SERVE BASIS, and the early payment of reservation is well appreciated.
The hosts/organizer has the right to cancel the event if: (a) the weather seems unfavorable on the date of the event ; or if the minimum number of participants (12 persons) is not met.
In case the event will be rescheduled, the fee will be refunded just in case the participant is not available on the resched date.
Last minute back out dancers (3 days before departure shall be charged the full event fee because it will considered as SOLD).
Host/Organizers are not liable for any lost or damages on your valuables.
Hike at your own risk.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Advance Deposit/Reservation Fee: ₱1000. Deadline is on MAY 30 20, 2019
Remaining balance must be fullfilled on the event date.
Advance Deposit/Reservation Fee is deductible, non-refundable but transferable to another person who is not on the guest list.
Cancellation in (5) days prior the event considered as sold, must pay the full amount of event fee
Failure to settle the confirmation fee will automatically forfeit the reservation fee and your slot.
Once payment is done kindly send a copy of deposit slip thru FB messenger.
Downpayment is not refundable but transferable to other participants not listed on
The hosts has the right to cancel the event if the mininum number of participants is not met or if the weather is unfavorable.
