Reminder:
-Bring at least 2-4 liters of water (dehydration ang kalaban, no water source)
-Put on sunblock lotion (body most especially sa sa ears. Fact: That's usually where skin cancer starts as per MD)
-Bring poncho/raincoat/umbrella (Just in case it rain. Tho I will give a weather feedback 2 days prior)
-Personal medication
-Wear proper trekking attire like sandals or trekking shoes. Light clothes. No denim pants.
-NO SLIPPERS
-Bring headlight/flashlight
-Bring whistle for emergency
-Bring extra clothes
-Bring toiletries (soap, shampoo and conditioner, depending on your needs)
-Bring your spontaneity for adventure and the right attitude
