Mt. Pinatubo is more known as a tourist spot than a mountaineering destination. Trekking this volcano should be on your bucketlist because of its remarkable difference from the usual forest-covered mountains. Instead of trees, soil ground and grasses, you'll walk on massive area of volcanic sand; and instead of seeing green mountains, you'll be left in awe just by looking at white-gray-brown land formations that somehow resembles Alpine rocks.
