A CLIMBER environmental awareness beach camp
The Marine Turtle also known as "Pawikan" is a threatened specie. In the Philippines there are five major types the olive ridley, loggerhead, hawksbill, green & the leatherback.
Declared as a protected specie, the sea turtle population reached critical levels in the past few years due to the merciless slaughter of hunters, egg poachers & shell collectors. The never ending greed, lust & desire for money & financial gains had driven the sea turtle in the brink of extinction.
If you want to help save the marine turtle, be part of the "Save the Sea Turtles YEAR 3" A CLIMBER environmental awareness weekend & experience being a part of the Pawikan night watchers, Pawikan night patrol & the once in a lifetime opportunity of releasing a baby sea turtle in the open seas.
DISCLAIMER: Please read.
We cannot guarantee that all participants will be able to release baby sea turtles on the 13th of January 2018. It would be dependent on the number of eggs that would hatch or the number of baby sea turtles that are ready to be released on that date.
