Mount Palay-Palay, also known as Mount Pico de Loro, is a dormant volcano in Cavite province on the island of Luzon, Philippines. The mountain rises to an elevation of 688 m above mean sea level and is the highest peak of the Mounts Palay-Palay–Mataas-na-Gulod Protected Landscape.
